At the Carvery Station, enjoy Stuffed Pork Loin, Herb-Crusted Prime Rib, and Salmon Wellington. Other stations include made-to-order Ramen, Award-Winning Gumbo, and Omelets. The best Raw Bar on the island features Cocktail Shrimp, Lobster Tails, King Crab, Crab Claws, an assorted Sushi Display, and more. Our specialty items feature Honey Glazed Garlic Red Fish, Roasted Chicken, Roasted Potato Gratin, Asparagus and Brie Puff, and other seasonal vegetables to complete your dish. Dedicated kid's station with their favorites like Chicken Tenders, Beef Sliders, Mac & Cheese, Mini Pizzas, and Sliced Watermelon. Continue the celebration with Champagne, Mimosa, Bloody Marys, or any other Premium Cocktail of your choosing.
