Policies
Reservations and Cancellations
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We request the courtesy of 24 hours notice of cancellation.

In the event of a no-show or inadequate notice, a 100% fee will apply. Additional requirements apply to Group bookings.

Gratuities
A usual gratuity is 15-20%. However, gratuities are given at the discretion of our guests. Gift certificates do not include gratuities. Special requirements apply to Group bookings.

Valet
Valet parking is complimentary for our local guests.

Fitness Center
Our state-of-the-art fitness center features a Nautilus Weight System, free weights, two treadmills, stair stepper, elliptical trainer and recumbent bicycles. There is a $4 per person per day fee for use of the Fitness Center.

This fee includes access to the Fitness Room, Steam Room and Men’s & Women’s lockers as well as distilled water and assorted fresh fruits for your refreshment.

Use of the Fitness Center is complimentary with purchase of any spa treatment or salon service.
