To request a gift certificate donation for a charity event, auction, etc., please submit your request in writing on letterhead by regular mail or fax as follows:

Please submit request at least three weeks prior to the event. If approved, you will receive a certificate by regular mail so please include a mailing address. Due to the high volume of requests, we are unable to confirm receipt of requests.

We are happy to provide donated gift certificates when possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor all requests.

Please note the following policies with regard to donation requests that are approved:

Guest Room Certificates
Complimentary gift certificates are available for Standard Guest Rooms only. Guest room reservations are based upon availability and exclude holiday weekends and other special events at the discretion of The San Luis Resort.

Dining Certificates
Complimentary dining gift certificates are available for The Cafe and In Room Dining and are not valid for The Steakhouse. Dining certificates do not include alcoholic beverages and are not available for use during holiday buffets or other special events at the discretion of The San Luis Resort.

Policies
Original gift certificate must be redeemed. Photocopies and facsimiles are not valid. Complimentary certificates are valid for 180 days from the date issued, are non-transferable, may not be extended beyond expiration date, may not be replaced if lost or stolen and may not be redeemed for cash.
